Mohanlal wins hearts with his charming personality in the much-awaited teaser of his upcoming Malayalam-language family drama Hridayapoorvam. Mohanlal’s star power shines bright in Sathyan Anthikad’s slice-of-life drama, promising viewers a rollercoaster of fun and entertainment with their 18th collaboration. Apart from Mohanlal, the film features Malavika Mohanan and Sangeeth Prathap, and Siddique. The teaser of the Hridaypoorvam has been released, creating buzz on social media, showcasing Mohanlal in a humorous conversation with Fahadh Faasil’s fan. The film promises a light-hearted story revolving around a family and friends, centering on Mohanlal’s character. Akhil Sathyan, Sathyan Anthikad’s son, wrote the film’s story, while the screenplay is penned by Sonu T. P.
Hridaypoorvam teaser out
The teaser opens with Mohanlal’s character meeting a young college student who is a die-hard fan of Fahadh Faasil. The two talk for a while, during which the boy reveals his favorite films of his favorite star. He says that Kumbalangi Nights and Aavesham are some of his favourite dramas. After listening to the boy, Mohanlal says that there are several other senior actors in the industry too. Responding to which, the boy says, ‘No no, only FaFa!’

Mohanlal was last seen in Thudarum, directed by Tharun Moorthy, which became a big box office success. Apart from this, he played a cameo role in Kannappa and was also seen in the crime thriller Drishyam 3, which is set to release in theatres in October.
