Guru Randhawa has successfully become a part of Son of Sardaar with his Po Po song. Amid this, the popular Punjabi singer reveals his thoughts on Korean music and his future collaboration.
Guru Randhawa is among the most popular Punjabi singers who often make headlines with his songs that win the hearts of many. Recently, the Punjabi composer has collaborated with Bollywood star Ajay Devgn for the first time for the Po Po song for his upcoming comedy action film Son of Sardaar 2. Ajay and Mrunal Thakur lit up the dance floor, while Randhawa added a vibrant Punjabi touch to the energetic Po Po track. The Singham star is known for giving the easiest dance steps to his audience, and the Po Po dance number is also making headlines for its interesting steps. The nostalgic track features Randhawa’s energetic vocals, composed by Tanishk Bagchi and penned by Armaan Sharma.

According to reports in Deshsewak, Guru Randhawa called his first experience with Ajay Devgn quite exciting. He said, “I’m quite thrilled to be a part of the hit franchise of Son of Sardaar, and I hope that the audiences find their groove with The Po Po Song.”
Guru Randhawa on Korean pop music and collaboration
In an exclusive conversation with BollywoodLife, Guru was asked about his future collaboration with a Korean bands. He said, “It’s all about vo humare dimag par kaise asar kar rahe hai. Agar aap I-pop ya hmare Punjabi-pop ko sunoge ya India music ko sunoge.. Toh I think aapko jabtak aapko K-pop samjh hi nhi aa raha toh aap uska kroge kya, samjh bhi toh ana chahiye. Itne log hai kisi ko pata hi nahi hai K-pop ka gana.” Guru further commented on the opportunity and said, “Agar mujhe opportunity milegi to present my culture, my language. Kal ko mereko Punjabi mei collaboration karne ka mauka mila, toh mein ye jarur koshish krunga ki mere ek gane ke through K-pop ye sabke paas aa jaye. To phir ye sabko pata chalega ki haa K-pop ka ek gana tha jisse Guru Randhawa aya, that’s how K-pop ki introduction hui hmari community me. But abhi toh mujhe nhi lag raha kisi ko koi gana pata hai.”
