Day 2 of 2025 free agency started with a shocker: The Bucks waived and stretched Damian Lillard‘s contract to make room for Myles Turner, who signed a four-year, $107 million deal.

The Damian Lillard trade had risk and the worst-case scenario ended up happening.

They’re down Jrue, an unprotected first, two swaps, and now have to pay Lillard $22.5 million a year not to play for the next five years.

To answer what is sure to be a question:

Damian Lillard can’t return to the Bucks until the end of his original contract terms.

So, basically, Lillard will be elsewhere when he’s ready to play again.

Joe Cronin – SIGN DAMIAN LILLARD to a contract and let that man rehab at home with his kids and his family!

Don’t miss this opportunity for all the karma points in the world. Bring our man home!

Veteran’s minimum, two years, player option year two. DO IT TODAY. Rip City needs this.
