Titleist T150 Irons 2025 (Upgraded Model Reviewed)

Titleist T150 irons have been upgraded and relaunched in the new T-Series for 2025 with some design tweaks for improved performance.

The T150s debuted in the 2023 T-Series as a successor to the T100S irons, providing a bladed option with more forgiveness than the previous model.

The T150 irons maintain the look of a players’ iron, with marginally thicker toplines and slightly larger bodies than the T100 – without sacrificing visual appeal or workability.

The new model has been designed to better blend with other 2025 T-Series irons models including the T100, T200 and T250 and open up the opportunity for combo sets more readily than in the previous version.

2025 Titleist T150 Irons Specs & Verdict

Titleist’s 2025 T150 irons are still aimed at tour-level and elite golfers, but feature several notable design changes compared to the previous generation.

Titleist have continued the use of split, high-density tungsten weighting and dual-cavity construction but have fine tuned the center of gravity for more stability and consistent launch despite the iron’s compact profile.

The blade length of the T150s is 1mm longer heel-to-toe than the T100, despite a thicker topline and as a result subtly increases forgiveness and MOI (moment of inertia) in the new model.

The new Muscle Channel technology now extends up to the 7-iron having previously only been in the 3-iron and 4-iron and improves ball speed and launch in your mid and long-iron game.

The Muscle Channel helps generate higher peak trajectories and better carry distances, while still offering forgiveness and a solid, forged feel.

Also new in the 2025 T150 model is an rejigged Variable Face Thickness (VFT) design that uses thinner face regions in key areas – low, heel and toe – to stabilize mishits and boost speeds from across the entire face.

The VFT also maintains distance from off-center strikes and is one of the key elements in improving the forgiveness this model offers.

The new T150 has a slightly wider sole from the improved Variable Bounce Sole, and is a degree stronger in loft compared to the T100.

There are more aggressive grooves in the mid and short irons in this version of the T150 for better spin consistency and better performance from challenging lies including wet turf or thick rough.

The T150 irons have stronger lofts than the T100s and are available in 3-iron (19 degrees) to Utility Wedge (48 degrees).

Titleist T150 2025 Irons Review: Are they any good?

Titleist haven’t ripped apart the original T150s and have instead made some subtle changes in the 2025 edition for improvement play.

Despite still being a mid-to-low launching iron, you will find the launch has been improved to add more carry and overall distance whether from tee, fairway or rough.

The stronger lofts also mean you can expect more distance from the set, although the design changes made are now a perfect option for combo sets with other models in the T-Series.

An increased clubhead of 1mm in length might not seem much but it has helped elevate forgiveness levels, while the extension of the VFT on the face through to 7-iron has also made the T150s appealing to a wider range of golfers.
